There are times when everyone needs some extra support.  I am here to be your trusted guide.

I help ease women into ways to find their own answers for health and well-being.  This may involve examining diet or exercise, but it also may involve in finding a mindful practice.  I will help you find your own gentle warrior.

Spark Sessions:  20 minutes in person, on the phone, or via Zoom.  Let’s get to know one another.  Tell me your goals and your dreams. Complimentary session.

One month kickstart – Two 45 minute sessions scheduled over 4 weeks. $125.00

Three month moving forward – Six 45 minute sessions scheduled over three months. $350.00
